The NOCK Derinding Machine is designed for efficient rind removal and features a transport roller, blade holder, pressure device, and infeed conveyor.
The blade holder is spring-suspended, automatically adjusting to the rind (skin) thickness.
The pressure roller is also spring-suspended and, in most models, infinitely adjustable in height for optimal performance.
This makes the machine ideal for derinding various cuts, including pork bellies, pork backs, bacon slabs, loins, hams, and more.
Even freshly slaughtered meat can be processed quickly, and bacon slabs can be easily sliced for versatility.
